March 2022 Update
Masks are optional for all appointments
Please do not hesitate to ask our staff to wear a mask at any point in time. You can let us know in advance or at the time of the appointment. Masks will continue to be easily accessible by all of our staff as we want to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable when visiting.
The safety and health of our community is our top priority and we have taken a number of precautions to create a safe environment for all those who visit The Chiro Culture. In order to achieve our goal, we need your help as well.
Please read below on what we are doing in the office and things that we ask our community to do as well so we can stay open and keep serving YOU.
COVID-19 Safety Plan
What we are doing:
Daily staff health screenings
Practicing safe hand hygiene
Routine wipe down of all common areas including door handles, chairs, and holding surfaces.
We have reduced the number of people in waiting in area
Maintaining proper office ventilation
We are continuing to stay updated and follow all recommendations by the PHO, BCCDC, WorkSafeBC, and our Chiropractic College.
How you can help:
If you are feeling ill, or have come into direct contact with someone who has been ill, Please Stay Home & contact the office.
Please arrive on-time for your visits, should you be early, please wait outside of the office. This will ensure fewer people in our common areas.
Face masks/coverings are optional as per health regulations in effect.
We have implemented a touch-less transaction system. Please consider setting up a credit card on file on your Jane (online booking) profile or we can do this for you at the office.
