July 1st Update
As many of you are aware, today marks an important day in regards to COVID restrictions and changes. We are very happy to hear that as a province we are continuing to move in a positive direction allowing many us to return to what we call "normal" or a new "normal".
With that being said, we want to make sure that we continue to provide a safe, clean, and respectful environment for everyone. As of Monday July 5th, masks will no longer be mandatory in our office, but recommended as per the PHO.
Moving forward, our staff will not be wearing masks unless requested. Please do not hesitate to ask our staff to wear a mask at any point in time. You can let us know in advance or at the time of the appointments. Masks will continue to be easily accessible by all of our staff as we want to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable when visiting.
For anyone who does not feel comfortable visiting or has questions about these new changes, PLEASE reach out to us as we will make sure we provide a comfortable time and space for you to visit.
We want to provide a safe space for all individuals and their personal choices during this uncharted time. We ask that everyone please be respectful of others choices and to voice any concerns directly to our staff.
The safety and health of our community is our top priority and we have taken a number of precautions to create a safe environment for all those who visit The Chiro Culture. In order to achieve our goal, we need your help as well.
Please read below on what we are doing in the office and things that we ask our community to do as well so we can stay open and keep serving YOU.
Communicable Disease Prevention Plan
What we are doing:
Daily staff health screenings
Practicing safe hand hygiene
Routine wipe down of all common areas including door handles, chairs, and holding surfaces.
We have reduced the number of people in waiting in area
Maintaining proper office ventilation
We are continuing to stay updated and follow all recommendations by the PHO, BCCDC, WorkSafeBC, and our Chiropractic College.
How you can help:
If you are feeling ill, or have come into direct contact with someone who has been ill, PLEASE STAY HOME.
Please arrive on-time for your visits, should you be early, please wait outside of the office. This will ensure fewer people in our common areas.
Please sanitize or wash your hands before and after your appointment.
Face masks/ coverings are recommended
We have implemented a touch-less transaction system. Please consider setting up a credit card on file on your Jane (online booking) profile or we can do this for you at the office.
